Fang Xu is a sculptor and painter based in Princeton, New Jersey. A graduate of the Central Academy of Fine Arts (MFA, 2013), his work investigates the relationship between the human body, memory, and the space between individuals. Working primarily in bronze with chemical patina, he transforms the figure into a vessel of emotional tension.

His sculptures have entered the permanent collections of Alibaba Group and Suning Plaza, and have been exhibited at major venues across China and internationally.
